Prom Country Aged Care is 70 bed, community based residential facility to meet the needs of the people of the Prom Coast district. The facility is run by a not for profit volunteer community board. Their focus is to provide quality aged care accommodation for their community covering short term respite and permanent residential care requirements. 

Joining as a member of CCI in September 2023, the initial appeal was to join together with other not for profit organisations to gain buying power within the market, which as a single site in a regional area was not an option previously. Prom Country Aged Care have focused on making savings in high spend categories across food & hospitality and operational support suppliers. 

Nicole says: “It is wonderful to know that a not for profit organisation exists with the purpose of supporting our sector  to receive the best available price, but also offer support, unite and advocate for all not for profit organisations when it comes to procurement.”
