Dear CCI Member,
I just wanted to touch base to advise that as an essential service, Dominant will be operating as normally as possible. Our production, manufacturing and logistics (warehouse) will all be in normal operation, our field service techs and account managers will be predominantly working remotely from home contacting customers, however where allowed, will still be providing regular service on site whilst adhering to the use of required PPE and following site rules and social distancing measures.
We will of course be taking guidance from each individual member and if entry is not allowed then this will be actioned. In the event of any equipment faults or breakdowns our service team will still be available to attend site (again if allowed).
Rest assured, our supply chain is uninterrupted and we have sufficient stocks and back up materials for the coming months for all essential products.
